Innoviz is developing state-of-the-art Lidar system, a leading sensor in the automotive industry. The Lidar Sensor is composed of leading edge technologies in multi disciplinary domains, both HW and SW.

The Requirements Manager leads technical requirements of the lidar product interacting with relevant disciplines within the company, such as – product management, project management and program management. The requirement response and the requirement decomposition is represented in an ALM system and communicated with the relevant customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage RFQ response by the R&D for both System and Software disciplines, for all aspects of the product.
• Ensure the decomposition of requirements and the completeness of the product requirements of the different architecture disciplines.
• Adhere to the best practices for requirement management for automotive products, as defined by relevant standards (including ASPICE)
• Define and lead the work according to the processes of change requests, including both technical and business aspects.
• Set the ALM system requirements to ensure proper and efficient work by the development teams, while meeting ASPICE best practices.
• Work with project management to reflect the ongoing status of the requirements, both internally to the management team, and to the customer when needed.
