About The Position

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for executing tasks (by himself or through other employees) to ensure nomination or for execution of OEM projects. This requires the PM to be the focal point of the OEM at Innoviz, assuring execution of all required activities both inbound and outbound. The PM is a junction between the customers (OEM / T1) and the Innoviz groups of Operations, R&D, Legal and Biz.

Areas of responsibility include, amongst others:

  • Leading one or more customer accounts - Automotive OEMs, Tier 1s and Tier 2s
  • Analyzing, prioritizing and balancing customer requirements while taking into account R&D constraints and project timeline
  • The role may require pre-sale activities (such as response to RFIs/RFQs and leading technical workshops) or post-sale activities (matrix management of a nominated project) based on the needs of the company
  • Taking part in defining product requirements and specifications
  • Role requires availability for international travel on a short notice - up to 25%

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to manage without authority in a matrix work environment
  • Strong leadership skills with proactive approach to create compelling product experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively 
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast - paced environment
  • 2 - 5 year Project / Program / Product Management experience as a customer facing role
  • BSc. in Exact Sciences or Engineering
  • Automotive / Medical / Aviation industry experience – preferred
  • 2-5 years R&D experience – preferred
  • MSc in engineering and/or MBA – preferred
