Sales Manager - Germany

About The Position

Based at Munich, Germany , the Director of Sales will be responsible for sales of Innoviz solid-state LiDAR products and associated software into all industry verticals in Germany.

The job involves travel in Europe and to Innoviz HQ in Israel.

Roles Responsibilities include:

- Manage sales personnel, systems integrators and reps

- Direct sales to key accounts – OEM as well as non-traditional applications

- Prioritize support with the FAE Team

- Represent Innoviz at Trade Shows and other industry platforms

- Be an effective bridge between Field and HQ (at Israel)

- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding current ones to increase revenues for European based strategic accounts

Requirements

  • Successful track record of at least 10 years in managing sales of complex products
  • Technical background with the ability to learn a multidisciplinary product
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • ADAS / Sensor experience - an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer facing & relationship building skills
  • Self-starter, resourceful and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
