Regional Sales Manager - Germany


About The Position

The Innoviz Germany Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the following activities for Innoviz in Germany: 

  • Lead Business Development and Sales in the region
  • Establish and execute sales goals for the region - Forecast annual and quarterly sales goals
  • Build relationships with potential customers and partners, e.g.,
  • Sign new T1 partners, foster relationships with existing ones 
  • Identify resellers and distributers as needed
  • Identify potential ecosystem partners, technology developers, for joint product offerings 
  • Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Represent Innoviz - Speak and Showcase Innoviz products at customers sites and trade shows
  • Support Program Management activities - attend meetings with Automotive OEMs, Tier 1s in different stages of Program execution as well as Advanced Development projects
  • Reflect status to headquarters and help prioritize efforts in the region
  • Review performance and build annual plan for the region 


  • Prior Management experience in leading Automotive OEMs / Suppliers
  • Technical Background - BSc in CS / EE / ME
  • ADAS / AD / Sensors experience - an advantage
  • Strong customer facing skills 
  • Fluent German and English
