About The Position

Based in Israel, the Strategy Manager will have three main areas of responsibility

1. Strategy - Put together strategy proposals:  

  • Examples may include business cases for new product launches, manufacturing and partnership strategies, Go To Market strategies, Sales strategy, new geographies

2. Supporting the Sales and Product teams, and the CBO:

  • Be the “Right Hand” of the CBO, create materials for Management meetings, including Sales Funnel and Key account updates, as well as for Board meetings
  • Create, maintain and track KPIs for the Business Group, work with the teams to improve KPIs
  • Sales funnel processes - implement tools, maintain, track and report  
  • Orchestrate key events such as the annual Global Sales Meeting and major conferences the group attends, in Israel and abroad

3. Business Development:

  • Support Sales teams when and where needed 
  • Participate in Industry consortiums, trade shows and other industry platforms

**The job may involve travels.

Requirements

  • Successful track record in a technical-business environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter, resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Technical background - an advantage
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry - an advantage
  • Experience in a top management consulting firm - an advantage
  • Fluent English
