About The Position

Based in Santa Clara, California, the VP of Sales will be responsible for sales of Innoviz solid-state LiDAR products and associated software into all industry verticals in North America.

The job involves travel in the US and to Innoviz HQ in Israel.

Roles Responsibilities include:

  • Manage sales personnel, systems integrators, and reps
  • Direct sales to key accounts – automotive OEMs as well as non-traditional applications
  • Prioritize support with the FAE Team
  • Represent Innoviz at Trade Shows and other industry platforms
  • Bridge between Field and HQ(at Israel)
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding current ones to increase revenues for North America based strategic accounts



  • Successful track record of at least 10 years in managing sales of complex products
  • Technical background with the ability to learn a multidisciplinary product
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • ADAS / Sensor experience - an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing & relationship building skills
  • Self-starter, resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
