FP&A Analyst

About The Position

Innoviz Finance department has plenty of exciting challenges ahead, we are looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to join our growing team. The FP&A analyst will focus on planning & monitoring the company's budget.

 

Responsibilities

·        Supporting the annual budget planning process

·        On-going budget control & analyzing budget vs. actual gaps

·        Preparation of monthly/quarterly forecasts

·        Financial data cleansing

·        Tracking the FTE status

·        Supporting the month-end closing process

·        Developing & maintaining financial models, BI reports & dashboards

·        Ad hoc analysis 

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting

·        MBA - an advantage

·        Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in FP&A roles

·        High proficiency in Excel

·        Experienced with financial related IT systems (such as ERP, BI, Budget)

·        Excellent interpersonal communication skills

·        High attention to details & hands-on approach

·        High level of English
