About The Position

The FP&A Manager will report to the CFO and focus on planning business activities, monitoring the company's budget and taking part in the financial aspects of Innoviz' strategic planning.



  • Annual budget preparation, monitoring and utilization approvals
  • Participate in the budget planning process, past activities and resources used, define main activities, identify resources required
  • Participate in the process of revenues forecasting
  • Long term financial projections
  • Preparation of internal reporting (including performance analytics)
  • Support corporate controller in financial reporting
  • Cash flow forecasting


  • Analysis of product costs
  • Overlooking purchasing process and deviation from standard costing
  • Inventory valuation


  • Support market analysis
  • KPI's monitoring
  • IIL/OCS reporting
  • ROI analysis


  • Education: Degree in Accounting (CPA) and/or Economics
  • MBA - an advantage
  • 5+ years experience in FP&A roles
  • Experience as a controller - an advantage 
  • Background from a hardware oriented company - an advantage
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other financial related IT systems (such as ERP, BI, Budget)
  • Hands on approach
