Personal Assistant


About The Position

We are expanding the Personal Assistant function, and looking for an additional Personal Assistant to join us and support the management team


  • Full support of executives calendars, ongoing tasks, and special projects as needed
  • Managing all aspects related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, visits, etc.
  • Preparing, coordinating, and organizing Board meetings, Committees, and other special guests visits in the company
  • Organize & operate travel logistics, from flights to scheduling meetings in Israel and abroad
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information



  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably from a global high-tech company
  • Always 2 steps ahead, seeing potential problems before they occur and solving them in advance, aiming for the best positive solution for all
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with high level of customer oriented attitude
  • Flawless Microsoft office knowledge & Technical abilities
  • "Can do" attitude with willingness to take new tasks
  • Full proficiency in English and Hebrew, verbal and written – A MUST
  • BA degree– an advantage
  • Availability for flexible working hours while understanding the urgency
