HR Business Partner - Temp

About The Position

The HR team at Innoviz is busy building and maintaining an extraordinary kind of company in terms of personnel, teamwork innovation, dedication, and motivation to change the world as we know it - taking part in the autonomous car revolution. We are looking for an HR superstar to help us keep attracting & retaining the right players, while keeping and nurturing our special Innoviz culture.

The position's responsibilities include the following:

  • Executing recruitment end-to-end for the relevant teams
  • Consulting people's managers while providing HR guidance
  • Identifying changing needs in the organization
  • Working closely with various teams to focus on work relationships & morale while increasing productivity and retention
  • Take part in developing our HR strategies & policies, and their implementation across the organization

Requirements

  • Willing to take a temporary position for 6 months (Maternity Leave replacement), with an option to become a permanent employee during/at the end of this period
  • 8+ years of experience in HR & Recruitment, the experience should include both tech recruitment & HR partnering.
  • Hands-on experience, preferably from a SU/High-tech environment with various hiring processes and advanced sourcing techniques
  • The ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of people to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization
  • Strong common sense, combined with a can-do approach
  • A team player with a true drive to create a positive work environment
  • Proactive & able to multitask and prioritize independently
  • Flexible and able to cope well with changes
  • MA degree from an established university - preferred
