About The Position

Innoviz is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant for the business team to provide administrative support of onsite staff. You will support the business team with tasks such as:

• Manage calendars of the Business Management

• Handle & coordinate the biz team flights & hotels

• Support and coordinate customer visits, communicate with global customers

• Support marketing with conference organization and arrangement

• Support Sales with CRM flow management

• Daily office operational support - vendors, service providers, expense reporting.

Requirements

  • Availability for full time position
  • At least 2 year of proven working experience in similar roles
  • Level of English – Mother tongue
  • Resourceful, proactive, positive, service oriented
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with executives, staff and external vendors
