Heading a group responsible for developing Innoviz’ automated test equipment, used in the company’s mass production lines
Participating in designing the company’s strategy for product testing
Defining the system requirements and architecture of the company’s ATE
Leading the planning and execution of ATE development projects, across all R&D groups
Operating the production-testing of Innoviz’ products at NPI stage
Delivering validated ATE machines and their supporting documentation to the Operations department
Training Operations’ people in operating the ATE
Installation of new ATE at Innoviz’ production sites around the globe
Supporting Operations as tier-2/ tier-3 support in cases of ATE defects and malfunctions
B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 7 years of experience in system tests
Minimum of 5 years of management experience
Strong experience with test plans for multi-disciplinary systems
Strong experience with lab equipment and measurements of physical systems
Background in quality- or safety-critical industries, e.g. automotive, aerospace, or medical - preferred
Background in optics - preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Team player and highly motivated
