Omer has spent over 18 years driving cutting edge technologies from inception to commercialization. Before founding Innoviz, Omer led the system and product definition efforts at ConsumerPhysics, building the world’s first handheld molecular sensor for mobile devices. Previous roles include leading the system architecture and engineering teams at bTendo (acquired by ST Micro) and Anobit (acquired by Apple). Omer spent 7 years in the elite technological unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces, where he served in leading and critical roles involving large scale technological systems. He holds a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, all from Tel Aviv University.
Prior to co-founding Innoviz, Oren was a consultant in the NYC office of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) advising some of the world’s leading technology companies on topics such as Growth, Market Entry and Pricing. Previous roles include leading the mobile products programs at Anobit (acquired by Apple) - a startup disrupting the Digital Storage space. Oren spent 7 years in the elite technological unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces, where he developed cutting edge communications systems and led several large scale projects. Oren holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude) from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Finance (High Honors) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Amit brings to Innoviz over 15 years of research and development experience in algorithms and VLSI design in various startups and multinational corporations. Previous roles include leading the VLSI design effort of innovative FEC (forward error correction) algorithms at Novelsat as well as taking a pivotal part in transitioning a novel academic FEC algorithm and enabling its practical usage at Tosfun. Amit served 7 years in the elite technological unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces, overseeing the complete integration of state-of-the-art communication systems as well as developing DSP algorithms for such systems. He holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, summa cum laude.
Oren is a seasoned technological leader with over 11 years of experience in designing complex systems and managing large scale R&D projects. Prior to co-founding Innoviz, Oren was responsible for the HW system design at ConsumerPhysics, as well as for managing the company’s launch of its first consumer product and leading several development and design projects. Oren served 7 years in the elite technological unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces, where he carried out positions of project manager, system engineer and hardware engineer. His service earned him the prestigious Head of Military Intelligence Directorate Award. Oren holds a BSc in Physics, a BSc in Electrical Engineering, an MSc in Electro-optical Engineering and an MBA, all from Tel Aviv University and all summa cum laude.
Zohar Zisapel has a rich entrepreneurship and management background in the hi-tech industry. Since co-founding RAD group together with his brother, Zohar has served as CEO of RAD Data Communications, chairman of Ceragon Networks Ltd. and RADCOM Ltd., Director of Silicom Ltd. as well as on the Board of Directors of several privately-held companies. Prior to founding RAD Group, Zohar served as head of the Electronic Research Department of the Ministry of Defense in Tel Aviv and received the Israel Defense Prize in 1979. Zohar received a BSc and an MSc in electrical engineering from Israel Institute of Technology (“Technion”) and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
David Elooz has an extensive and diversified experience of over 20 years in the Electro Optics field - free space optical communication, laser microscopy, thermal imaging technologies and distributed fiber sensing, to name a few. Prior to joining Innoviz, David headed Land Systems Department at Controp Precision Technologies and prior to that he managed the Imaging Technologies Incubator at Elbit Systems ELOP. He was a project manager at Applied Materials. He spent 7 years in the elite technological unit of the IDF Intelligence Corps as a Head of Physics Department. David founded CDRide Inc. that merged into a NASDAQ company (IISLF) and he served as a member of the board of directors. David holds a B.Sc. in Physics/Electro-Optics from the Jerusalem College of Technology (Cum Laude) and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Bar Ilan University.
Shiri brings almost 20 years of vast HR experience in a wide range of organizations including both start-ups and established companies, mostly in the Hi tech industry. In her previous positions, Shiri led all HR aspects of some complex transitions such as the integration process of Golden Pages acquired by a multinational company, the integration of Intel’s recruitment process into Oplus, and leading Kontera’s Israel HR. She holds a BA degree in Psychology & Sociology from Tel Aviv University. She also studied towards MA in Anthropology from Haifa University. Shiri also supports Gvahim which is a non-profit organization that provides highy-skilled new immigrants with the tools to build a successful career in Israel.
Eldar has spent over 20 years leading various financial and operational roles in leading Israeli high tech companies. He has extensive experience in fundraising and in management of financial processes. Prior to joining Innoviz, Eldar served as the VP Finance of ConsumerPhysics, establishing its financial & legal infrastructure. Previous roles include CFO & COO at Metrolight, Mantis-Vision (MV4D) and co-Founder and CFO of Browzwear International. He holds a BSc in Chemistry (Cum Laude) & Computer Science studies, from Tel-Aviv University.
Ronnen Lovinger brings vast experience of over 20 years in operations and engineering management of complex systems, technologies and product lines. Prior to joining Innoviz, Ronnen served as Vice President and Executive member at Mellanox Technologies, managing the global operations and quality organizations. During his tenure at Mellanox in which Ronnen established the global operations organization's infrastructure at Mellanox, the company significantly grew from an early start-up to a public company generating an annual revenue run rate of ~$900M , and he was responsible for managing Mellanox's global operations expansion in the US, Europe and Asia. Prior to Mellanox, Ronnen worked at Intel Corporation, where he held several engineering positions in the field of microprocessor circuit design. Ronnen holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology (cum Laude).
Meny has over 20 years of experience in the automotive market in Business, Product, and R&D roles, as an entrepreneur and senior executive. In 1995 he co-founded CogniTens 3D Vision Systems (acquired by Hexagon Metrology). Meny was the first VP of BD & Marketing at Mobileye where he spent 6 years working both on OEM projects and leading the aftermarket. Following Mobileye he served as VP of BD at Xsight Systems, a machine vision and radar system developer, forging strategic agreements with international defense companies. He later joined AGT– a multi-billion company delivering Smart City and HLS solutions - as VP of Solution Engineering and Bid Response and later as VP of Innovation. Prior to joining Innoviz he was Executive Director at Guardian Optical, an automotive in-cabin monitoring provider. Meny holds a BSc in EE from Technion, Israel, an MSc in machine learning from the AI lab at Weizmann Institute, and a PhD in machine vision and autonomous robotics from Purdue University.
Prior to joining Innoviz, David was Director of Sales at Mobileye, an Intel company, for 9 years, leading a team of 21 sales managers and technical support engineers in Israel and worldwide. Sales of Mobileye's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems worldwide grew from scratch in 2008 to over $80M in 2016. Before Mobileye, David managed sales at RAD Data, the leading Israeli manufacturer of communications equipment; at TransChip, the company which made the world's first System-On-Chip camera for cellphones (sold to Samsung); and at other Israeli high-tech companies, and for ten years was CEO of Israel Japan Enterprises. David served in the Israeli paratroops brigade. After BA and MA studies in East Asian studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, David received a Japanese government "Mombusho" scholarship and spent 2 years at Hokkaido University, Japan, researching Japanese history, following which he taught Japanese language at the Hebrew University.
Itamar brings 20 years of industry experience in the fields of business development, marketing and product with in-depth focus of embedded systems and imaging solutions. Prior to Innoviz, Itamar has served as Chief Business Officer in PointGrab, disrupting the smart buildings sensors space. Previous roles include leading the enterprise marketing and product management in Anobit (acquired by Apple) and managing the professional services in Samsung Israel center and and in TransChip (acquired by Samsung). Earlier on, Itamar held R&D positions in Atrica (acquired by Nokia Siemens Networks) and TeraCross. Mr. Roth holds B.Sc (Summa cum Laude) in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Recanati Executive MBA program in Tel-Aviv University.
Samuel brings over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry and over 15 years as VP Operations. Samuel has a broad business and technical background with extensive professional experience in the fields of engineering, supply chain management and quality & reliability. Prior to joining Innoviz, Samuel held several executive positions at ,PointGrab, Satixfy, Sigma Designs, Anobit Technologies (acquired by Apple) and Metalink, leading both the semiconductors and full systems manufacturing operations groups and activities. Samuel holds a MSc. in Quality Assurance & Reliability and a BSEE from the Technion.
