About The Position

The Finance department of Innoviz has plenty of exciting challenges ahead, we are now looking for a talented hands-on Payroll Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Compensation (Payroll, Equity, and Benefits) of employees in Israel
  • Reviewing the global compensation of employees abroad
  • Effectively respond to employees regarding payroll questions and maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
  • Monthly payroll processes of more than 470 employees in various locations
  • Process new employees and employment terminations paperwork
  • Work closely with Finance, HR & Legal and be responsible for improving, establishing and monitoring the payroll processes and policies
  • Responsible for quarter-end payroll close process. Provide comprehensive compensation analysis and Perform reconciliations to the accounting system
  • Support budgeting and forecasting of the compensation items and related controls
  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Certified Payroll Controller. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field – An advantage
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in preparing/assisting
  • Payroll process. Knowledge of Foreign Payroll - An advantage
  • Deep Knowledge of Israeli labor laws, taxes & social security
  • Experience in working with “HASHAVIM” or “HILAN”
  • Deep knowledge of Excel
  • English at a high standard
  • Ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and function as a team member to accomplish job functions
  • Able to work and solve issues independently; escalate as appropriate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and work in tight schedules and in a dynamic environment
