VP Finance

About The Position

The Finance department of Innoviz has plenty of exciting challenges ahead, we are now looking for a talented VP Finance to join our growing team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the right hand to the CFO getting the company up to speed as a public company
  • Support public company reporting
  • Analyze the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets, together with the FPA team
  • Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management
  • Work with other team members to instate proper procedures and IT systems
  • Managing relationships with insurance providers and ensuring compliance

Requirements

  • 7-10 plus years of accounting and financial management experience
  • Public company experience and scaling a finance operation - strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a growing start-up environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Merger and acquisition experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing business
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time
  • Strong communication skills in both Hebrew & English
