I. INTRODUCTION TO INNOVIZ PRIVACY POLICY
Innoviz Technologies Ltd. and its affiliated companies (“Innoviz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) recognize that privacy is a concern for our business customers, distributors, partners, suppliers, service providers, consultants, visitors in our offices, investors and users of our Site, so we have established the following privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”).
This Privacy Policy describes how Innoviz, as data controller, will collect, use, share, store or otherwise process your Personal Information that we collect in connection with your use of our website at www.innoviz.tech, and any other website that we operate or any domain owned by us (each, together with its sub-domains, content and services, a “Site”), and in connection with other business activities where we collect and process your Personal Information, as further described in this Privacy Policy. As Innoviz is a business-to-business company, our Site is also intended as a business-to- business resource.
By using the Site or otherwise providing Personal Information to Innoviz regarding other business activities, you acknowledge that we will collect, use, and share your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. We hereby inform you, and you hereby acknowledge that you have no legal obligation to provide us with any Personal Information when you use the Site or perform any other activities described in this Privacy Policy, and the provision of Personal Information is solely based on your free will. However, without receipt of Personal Information it may not be possible to operate the Site and provide you with its related services and any other services or business activities described in this Privacy Policy.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” is information relating to an identified or identifiable individual; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, Personal Information does not include anonymized, de-identified or aggregated information and, to the extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction, does not include publicly available information that is lawfully made available to the general public.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
i. Job Applicants. Personal Information collected and processed when you apply for a job with Innoviz or any of Innoviz’ affiliated companies is subject to our candidate privacy policy which could be found on Comeet Platform.
ii. Innoviz’ Employees and Contractors. Personal Information collected and processed as an employee or contractor of Innoviz is subject to different policies published on applicable internal portals.
iii. Customers. Personal Information provided by our customers and processed by Innoviz as data processor on behalf of our customers to provide Innoviz’ services is subject to customer’s instructions as data controller.
iv. Individuals captured through our CCTV cameras system at our premises in Israel and Germany. We have a separate policy for such Personal Information captured which can be obtained by contacting privacy@innoviz-tech.com
This Privacy Policy supplements our Site Cookie Declaration.
This Privacy Policy supplements our Terms of Use. Any capitalized but undefined term in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Terms of Use.
II. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSED BY INNOVIZ
When you engage with our various activities, we process the Personal Information, as detailed below.
1.Personal Information collected through our Site (collectively, “Site User Information
1.1 Personal Information that you Provide to us on our Site
When you visit or otherwise interact with our Site, we may collect and process the following types of Personal Information provided directly from you.
- Contact Information. Contact Information includes Personal Information you provide when you complete the “Contact Us” form on the Site, as follows: your first and last names, location (country), e-mail address, phone numbers (business and cellular), job position/title, company name, topic, website and any additional information you choose to provide us through the free text box on our form, such as any inquire about our products.
- Mailing List Information. Mailing List Information includes Personal Information you provide when you subscribe to our online mailing list, as follows: your first and last names, location (area and country) and email address.
- Account Login Information: Account Login Information includes your username, email, and password.
1.2 Information Collected automatically from your Browser or Device when you Browse the Site
We automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”) for the computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device (“Device”) you use to access the Site. A Device Identifier is a number that is assigned to your Device when you access a website or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. We and our third-party service providers may use a Device Identifier to, among other things, administer the Site; help diagnose problems with our servers; analyze trends; and track users’ web page movements over time.
In addition, we automatically gather and store certain information about your visit from your browser or Device, such as your mobile network information, device type and hardware model, browser type, operating system type, Internet Service Provider (ISP). We may collect this information through the use of server log files and other methods.
1.3 Information Collected automatically Using Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies on the Site
We collect certain information through tracking technologies used on the Site such as computer’s Internet Protocol address, location, browser type, the web page you visited, information you search for using the Site, date and time of usage, page interaction information, such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs, website session and activity, interactions with our newsletter emails (clicked/opened).
To collect such Information, we use cookies (data files placed on a Device when it is used to visit the Site), mobile analytics software and pixel tags (transparent graphic images, sometimes called web beacons or tracking beacons, placed on a web page or in an email, which indicates that a page or email has been viewed).
We do this to analyze trends, track user movement around the Site, gather demographic information, and to generally collect information that we may find insightful or helpful. We, or our third-party service providers, may place cookies or similar files on your device for security purposes, and to facilitate Site navigation. A pixel tag may tell your browser to get content from another server.
Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether to accept them and how to remove them. You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser. However, please be aware that some features of the Site may not function properly or may be slower if you refuse cookies. If you block or delete cookies, not all tracking that we have described in this Privacy Policy and Cookie Declaration will stop.
To find out more information about the cookies and other tracking technologies we use on our Site and choices you have including to opt out of certain non-essential cookies, please visit our Cookie Declaration and you can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clicking on the icon at the bottom left of the website.
Certain web browsers may provide an option by which you may request your browser to inform websites you visit that you do not wish your activities to be tracked by cookies or other persistent identifiers, commonly called “Do Not Track Signals”. The Site currently does not respond to Do Not Track Signals.
2.Personal Information collected from and processed on Business Customer Representatives or Supplier Representatives (collectively, “Business Contact Information”)
When you approach us in connection with the management of the business relationship between us and you or the company or organization you represent, or with a question or inquiry, to schedule a demo, ask for other support, or to attend an exhibition or conference or other meeting, you will need to provide us with personal identifiers (e.g., name, email address, telephone number, company, role and country, bank number, ID number, Passport number) and other Personal Information may be retained such as correspondences, sensory information including call and video recordings, areas of interest for marketing purposes and transcriptions and analyses thereof.
3.Personal Information collected and processed at our offices and premises (collectively, “Visitor Information”)
When you visit our offices and premises, we ask you to register through our third-party provider platform by providing your Personal Information as follows: first and last names, email address and phone number. The provision of some of this Personal Information may be required or optional. Mandatory information will be marked as such on the form at the moment of collection of your Personal Information. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, Innoviz may not be able to process your request, i.e., to access and visit our offices and premises. Further, after your registration by filling-in the form, the third-party provider platform automatically generates the following information: date of your visit, time in and time out, time spent on the premises.
4.Personal Information collected from vehicles driven by Innoviz
In certain jurisdictions, we operate vehicles to test our products. These vehicles contain sensors and cameras that film the surrounding and namely roads, pavements, pedestrians, cars including, inadvertently, car plates. We do not intend to knowingly collect Personal Information, but due to the nature of the equipment installed on the vehicles the filming can cover individuals in the filming areas, car plates and potentially entrance to residential buildings, stores, commercial areas, churches, synagogues, houses etc. We use such information to train our software products and further enhance and develop them, we may also use this information to map certain areas, or to share this information with third parties for training and development purposes only under suitable contracts.

IV. HOW AND WITH WHOM WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Information as disclosed at the time you provide your Personal Information, as set forth in this Privacy Policy, in the following circumstances and with the following recipients:
Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf: We may share your Personal Information with third parties that perform functions and services on our behalf, such as service providers and vendors that host or operate our Site or service providers and vendors that provide Innoviz with external platforms (such as SAAS or IAAS services etc.), analyze data, store or host data on our behalf, or for other processing needs, including consultants, insurers.
Our Affiliates: We may share your Personal Information with other entities and our affiliates primarily for business and operational purposes.
Our Advisors: We may share your Personal Information with our advisors (such as legal advisors or accountants).
Business Transfers: In the event Innoviz is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction including the negotiations to enter into such transaction.
Legal Disclosure: We may transfer and disclose your Personal Information to third parties to comply with a legal obligation (including a subpoena, search warrant or court order (or similar requirement), or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations); when we believe in good faith that we are legally compelled to do so due to law or a governmental authority requirements; to verify or enforce our Terms of Use or other applicable policies; to address fraud, security or technical issues; to respond to an emergency; or otherwise to protect our rights or property or security of third parties, visitors to our Site or the public, disclosure is appropriate in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding actual or suspected illegal activity, fraud, or other wrongdoing.
V. NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Innoviz does not sell your Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties (including for their own direct marketing purposes) without your consent. In addition, Innoviz has not sold your Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties in the last 12 months. If you are entitled to any disclosure rights in your jurisdiction regarding our sale of your Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties or our disclosure of your Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, this disclosure satisfies those requirements. VI. OPTING-OUT / WITHDRAW CONSENT TO MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
At any time, you may choose not to receive future promotional, advertising, or other Site and products and services-related emails from us (such as the newsletter) by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that we send you. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative emails (for example, in connection with a password reset request) that are necessary to facilitate your use of the Site or otherwise depending on your or your company’s or organization’s engagement with us.
VII. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you are located, you may be entitled to certain rights relating to your Personal Information.
If you are a European Union individual, you can request the following rights:
- To access your Personal Information to obtain clear, transparent and understandable information on how we process your Personal Information and your rights (as provided in this Privacy Policy), as well as a copy of your Personal Information

Innoviz will no longer process your Personal Information unless Innoviz demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, such as if we need to comply with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. to rectify the Personal Information we have collected about you, if you believe that the Personal Information we have collected about you is inaccurate or incomplete
- To restrict the processing of your Personal Information during a limited period of time, in certain circumstances
- To transfer the Personal Information you have originally provided to us in a structured and commonly used format or to another data controller to a third party, in certain circumstances (data portability)
- To withdraw your consent, where we rely on your consent to use your Personal Information
- To complain to a data protection authority about our processing of your Personal Information

- to review and access your Personal Information that we process.
- to update, amend, and delete your Personal Information which is incomplete, incorrect, outdated or unclear.

For the purpose of this section, “Personal Information” includes information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.
If you are a California resident, you may be able to request the following rights:
- to know what Personal Information we have collected. You have the right to request what Personal Information we have collected, including the categories of Personal Information, the categories of sources from which the Personal Information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing Personal Information, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose Personal Information, the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you, and the length of time we intend to retain each category of Personal Information.
- to delete. You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information that we collect or maintain, subject to certain exceptions.
- to correct. You have the right to request the correction of your inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.
- to opt-out of sharing for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. To the extent applicable, you have the right to opt-out of the “sharing” of your Personal Information for “cross-contextual behavioral advertising,” often referred to as “interest-based advertising” or “targeted advertising”.
- to opt-out from selling. To the extent applicable, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information to third parties.
- to limit the use or disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI). Under certain circumstances, to the extent we use or disclose SPI, you have the right to limit the use or disclosure of SPI.
- to data portability. You may request to receive a copy of your Personal Information, including specific pieces of Personal Information, including, where applicable, to obtain a copy of the Personal Information you provided to us in a portable format.
- to non-discrimination. You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment if and when you exercise your rights regarding your Personal Information under the CCPA.
- Only you may make a request related to your Personal Information. If you are a California resident a request can be made by a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, in such event you must provide us with signed documentation that you have authorized an agent to act on your behalf.
We will consider all such requests and provide our response within a reasonable period (and in any event within any time period required by applicable laws).

VIII. CHILDREN
As a business-to-business website, the Site and our products and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. Innoviz does not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 years, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information. IX. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use administrative, physical and technical security safeguards to protect the Personal Information that we collect and process. Our security controls are designed to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your Personal Information and to protect against reasonably anticipated threats. We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and threats. However, we do not promise nor guarantee that any Personal Information will be absolutely protected from unauthorized disclosure or use.
X. DATA RETENTION
We only keep your Personal Information for as long as is needed to fulfill the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required or permitted by law and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights. In determining the appropriate retention period for your Personal Information we consider such factors as the nature of the information, the purposes for which the Personal Information is collected and retained, appropriate security measures, relevant technical constraints and applicable legal requirements.
XI. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Site may include links to other websites and applications that we do not own or operate, including social media widgets, e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube. We do not control, recommend or endorse and are not responsible for these websites or their content, products, services or privacy policies or practices. These other websites may send their own cookies to your Device, they may independently collect or solicit Personal Information and may or may not have their own published privacy policies. Because Innoviz has no control over the privacy practices or content of these linked websites, we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policy of each website you visit.
XII. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Given that we are an international business, our use of your Personal Information necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. If you are located in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada or elsewhere outside of Israel, please be aware that information we collect may be transferred to and processed on designated Innoviz servers located in the EU or Israel.
Where required by law, if we transfer your Personal Information internationally, we will utilize valid cross-border data transfer mechanisms (such as transferring your Personal Information only to countries deemed to offer an adequate level of data protection, or after having carried out an assessment of the level of protection of your rights on the territory of the third country recipient of your Personal Information – other legally permitted safeguards such as entering into the EU standard contractual clauses with the recipient).
XIII. NOTICE FOR RESIDENTS IN THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (“CHINA”)
This notice for China Residents supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to individuals who reside in China. We adopt this notice to comply with the PRC Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and other applicable Chinese laws and regulations on the collection, storage, use, processing, provision, disclosure and deletion of your Personal Information.
For residents in China, we will obtain your proper consent for processing of your Personal Information in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. We do not routinely collect your sensitive Personal Information. However, in case we process your sensitive Personal Information, we will inform you of the necessity and the impact on your personal rights and interests, unless otherwise required by the applicable laws.
For residents in China, we may need to transfer your Personal Information outside of China to our headquarters, overseas affiliates or external parties for administrative management, business development and operation, compliance and other purposes, to the extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations. We will implement the appropriate mechanisms for cross-border data transfer and conduct the relevant procedures where required by the applicable laws and regulations. We will keep you informed of the relevant information on the cross-border data transfer according to the applicable laws and regulations, including the category of Personal Information involved, the purpose and method of the processing and how to exercise your rights.
As a data subject in China, you have the rights according to the PIPL and other applicable laws. We will try our best to support the exercise of your rights according to the law, but please be aware that your exercise of certain rights may affect the services we can offer or be subject to certain constraints. For example, if you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide the relevant services for you; if you would like to delete your Personal Information provided to us, but the retention period prescribed by the applicable laws and regulations has not expired, or it is technically difficult to delete the Personal Information, we will cease the processing of the Personal Information, except for the storage and any necessary measure taken for security protection.
